Reliable Internet connection, broadband type, is required in order to maintain connection to In-Confidence Communication Server.

Internet connection speed (multi point conferencing mode):
Conference Host only: 50Kbit/sec uplink and 50Kbit/sec downlink minimum per each established conference channel.

UDP, ICMP (Type 8 and Type 0 only).

Firewall requirements:
Microsoft Windows firewall (seamless integration is provided at product installation stage) or third party host or boarder firewalling product, configured to allow UDP, ICMP type 8, 0 traffic (incoming/outgoing) to running In-Confidence application. Setting In-Confidence in Firewalling Product exceptions list is recommended for fault free product operation.
